Some math equations for you to remember...
(PS I don't love math, but I love these numbers!)
10-8-2
Book 10 parties to hold 8 to add 2 team members.
Things happen. Parties cancel and reschedule. That's why you should ALWAYS
over-book! When you coach your hostess well, you will have 7-12 guests at
each party. That's 56-96 people you will meet each month! Statistics tell us
that about HALF of those people would consider doing what you do! Your goal
is to give out 3 or more information packets at each of those parties...
That means that you will follow up with 24 people each month. Statistics
show that even beginner consultants will sign 1 in 10 people they talk to
about the business. That's 2 (2.4 if you want to be precise!) each month.
2-2-2
Follow up with your customers 2 days, 2 weeks and 2 months after purchase.

6-1
When you do a great job of training your new team members, 1 out of each 6
you add will become a leader. Coaching through the Fast Start period and
beyond is a TOP priority!

Priorities:
Let's talk about priorities! Here are some visuals to
help you make good choices about how to spend your time! We've got 27 days left
until pre-enrollment begins! The first shows the flow of activity, from
introducing Jamberry through building leaders. The second shows the time
breakdown, based on a 15 hour time frame. The last is a snapshot of my training
manual and notes for making these productive priorities fit into a 20-25 hour
work week.
Each person will be unique. Your time commitments will be
different. This will help you make sure that you are spending the right amount
of time on each of the important priorities J
Comment below with any "ah ha" moments or ideas
that are working for you! (or questions!)
Any pre-orders collected will need to be paid
for by credit card. No money can change hands prior to October 1 official
launch date.
You can share the electronic catalog with your interested people... collect orders and let them know that you will contact them on October 1 to confirm the order and the final price.
On Oct. 1, you would enter the orders into the system and process the payments through the Jamberry back-office.

I cried the day I bought my kit as it put my credit card $14 away from maximum. I was so certain I had made a mistake. I made my money back within the first day I sold in parties. Now I earn on average an amount equal to what I take home in my FT job. And I don't cry over my credit card anymore.

We spent our gas money on the kit. I felt sick about it. 9 months later I quit both my part time and full time jobs, and planned an entire wedding and bought a car, all with jam money.

I joined after my husband was out of work for 3 months. We were struggling. The money was xmas money from his parents to me- not to be spent on anyone but me. My husband said not to sign up, since I wasn't a business person (true) but I sneaked and did anyways. After that, he helped me get started and I hit TM in 3 months and Lead executive in less than a year!

I literally used the last $50 in my bank to buy the kit. I now support my entire 8 person family on my Jamberry income.

I also had to borrow the money to join! It motivates me and it paid itself off super quickly. Best investment into my family's future we could have made and something I'll be forever grateful for stopping our cycle of poverty! It is now our sole income.

Hey! My husband said I was not allowed to spend ANY money on "such a scam" (I cry laughing now). In two days I sold enough clothes to get the money to do it. I just went through my closet and then got on my local "online garage sale site" (most communities have them). It felt even more special and meaningful because I did that with MY money and I put forth the effort. I made my starter kit back in the first three days and it all went in MY pocket. Hubby is shocked now. sometimes I keep an extra hundred or so to myself hahahaha.
