- When I first completed this lesson, I made a screenshot of the personal development areas, then used the "draw" feature on my computer to circle the areas that I felt needed improvement. This allowed me to have this picture at my fingertips and determine if the "latest greatest training webinar" or "100 odd tricks you need to know now" were really something I needed to spend my time, energy and money on.
