Sales Tips from Jamberry Leaders

Recently a fellow leader asked for assistance in developing her skill set in sales.  Some might think that being a skilled seller is luck of the draw, you either have it or you don't, however sales is a proficiency that can be practiced, improved and even mastered.

Take a look at what some of our leaders shared.

My biggest tip?
Grow and spoil your VIP group. They are the biggest source of my q.v..  
I send them random cards with one wrap or pedi pack or stickers. I do 1-2 mystery hostesses a month. Mani of the month.

I agree with Chelley about spoiling your VIPs. Also lots of follow up. It doesn't mean you have to ask for a sale every time, but asking how their application went, etc. Have them share their Manis & compliment them. Build a relationship outside of Jamberry. Find & coach great hostesses then reward them like crazy... I've been doing more mystery hostess parties with the rewards change also.

I have never had less than 1100QV in personal sales per month and it is because I book a solid calendar every single month. Book 10 parties. Hold 8. Motivate your hostesses. Offer samples to guests. Share your passion for the Jamberry experience and products. Follow up in the parties and the sales will come. Those that don’t purchase invite them to connect with you in your VIP community group to stay in the loop.
Everything we do in this business to gain sales begins with booking parties and leading with your passion first, product second. That will gain you personal sales, a wider potential customer base, future Hostesses, and recruits. How many people are you sharing Jamberry with per week? My goal is always to get in front of 100 people per week. I do online parties (2 per week = 100 people). Keeping it intimate with personal hostess invite only. My goal is to Build relationships with each guest by connecting, making them feel special and pampered. With that the sales come.

A few thoughts on a new catalog release.....the sales are always great so is the excitement....and it's awesome to have your team share their fave new catalog items....but remember the GOAL here is that they book, sell and recruit to OTHERS to increase their paychecks.....so be creative in getting them engaged in thinking about adding party bookings and most important....new TEAM members....💥💥💥💥💥💥 I quickly just posted this on my team page, feel free to tweak my words and make it your own!!!!!

I have two missions for you before your head explodes...

MISSION 1: You need to make a list of these people now. Write their literal names down on a list and send them the catty PDF and why they need to sign up to host a party with you in September. Make them feel exclusive that you are sharing this early with them (PM ONLY) and that they will benefit in a big way by hosting a party. Give them 2 dates to choose from. Be BOLD and you will see your business grow in sales, customers and team members.
Example pm:
"Tara, oh my goodness...Jamberry just let us look at the new catalog early and I had to show it to you!!!! Okay you are going to die over this new catalog so I'm sending the PDF version to you but please don't share it, totally top secret! Also, I'm thinking you should do a new catalog party. The hostess rewards are amazing and I want you to be the first to show this to your friends. What do you think? I have Sept 2nd and Sept 9th open?"

MISSION 2:
This NEW catalog and NEW products gets me super excited about sharing the gift of a Jamberry business with hosts, customers, friends....strangers....EVERYONE! Like I'm the crazy lady pouring the Jamberry juice out all over town!
This is the BEST time to introduce someone to the business! Post your fave emoji below if you have someone that comes to mind who you would love to have be a part of our team!
Now go TELL THEM you want them to JOIN YOUR TEAM and make that a reality! Tell them! In a message, text, email or phone call! And don't think your wording has to be perfect, just say:
"Whenever I think of growing my Jamberry team add bringing on new business partners, you always come to mind. I would love to share with you why I think you'd also excel at this and some of the benefits of owning your own business!"
We will be doing a sneak peek later this month so get them geared up for joining ASAP!

  2. As reported by Stanford Medical, It's really the one and ONLY reason this country's women get to live 10 years longer and weigh 42 lbs lighter than us.

    (Just so you know, it has absolutely NOTHING to do with genetics or some secret diet and EVERYTHING related to "how" they are eating.)
