Hard Rock Riviera Maya Incentive
for Two PLUS $750 Resort Credit
Eligibility: The Jamberry 4 Night - 5 Day Incentive for two is available to earn for all Jamberry
Consultants during the incentive period from January 1, 2014 to December 31, 2014.
Earning Travel Points: 30,000 Travel Points are needed to earn this incentive. Points may be earned
through sales, coaching new recruits to their earn their first Fast Start, paid-as rank, along with other
promotions that may come throughout the year. One PRV equals one travel point. Earn 300 travel points
for each new recruit you sponsor that earns their first Fast Start Reward in 2014. Earn additional travel
points each month as you are "paid-as" the following rank title:
150 when paid as Lead ConsultantJamberry may also run additional opportunities to earn additional travel points throughout the earning
200 when paid as Senior Lead Consultant
300 when paid as a Premier Consultant
400 when paid as Team Manager
500 when paid as a Senior Team Manager
600 when paid as Executive
750 when paid as Senior Executive
850 when paid as Lead Executive
1000 when paid as Premier Executives
1200 when paid as Elite Executive

Tracking the Incentive: Starting January 15, 2014 you can view your travel points for the incentive trip
by logging into your consultant workstation. Points are updated by 5:00AM (PT).
Alternate Award: For Incentive Achievers opting out of the trip, a $600 cash award will be granted.
Adult or Child Guest Buy-Ins: This incentive is earned for two. If you choose to do so, you may buy-in a
3rd or 4th guest to share your room with you. Buy-in cost will be announced on or before October 1,
Group Travel Incentive Rules: This award is for 4 nights and 5 days for two to the all-inclusive Hard Rock
Riviera Maya Resort PLUS at $750 resort credit to use for tours and/or spa treatments. The group incentive trip must be taken at the scheduled time and is non transferable / non-refundable.
Achievers who have earned a group travel award and later find they are unable to travel must notify
Jamberry incentive department in writing, Incentives@jamberrynails.com. Appropriate deductions for
any non-transferable payments made on their behalf will be reflected in the award's value. All such
decisions made by the company are final. The achiever may not take another Jamberry Consultant on the group incentive trip as a guest. No other person may be substituted for the achiever.
Transportation to and the destination airport and to the resort are included. All cost between the
achiever's home and the airport from which the achiever chooses to depart, including parking at the
airport , are the responsibility of the achiever. Achievers will be reimbursed up to $700 for airfare to
Cancun. Air miles may not be used to pay for flight and later be redeemed for airfare reimbursement by
Group air travel from a major gateway city airport will be arranged through Destinations Travel Agency.
Expenses to and from the airport and any checked baggage fees are the responsibility of the achiever.
Guests of the achievers must depart from the same major gateway airport or the achiever pays the cost
General Program Rules: Only Consultants in good standing who have an effective Consultant Agreement
with the Company during the earning period and at the time of group travel are eligible to participate in
Jamberry reserves the right to audit recruits and sales from each Consultant and to make adjustments
when warranted. Manipulation of party dates, transferring of sales form one Consultant to another or
breaches of policy as published by Jamberry will result in disqualification for all involved.
The value of the award will be included on your IRS 1099 form for the year in which you received the
award and will reflect fair market value of the award.
