Jamberry Nails Compensation Plan: 05 - Senior Lead Consultant

This career title is eligible to receive the following benefits and bonuses with no additional requirements:

1. Personal Sales Commissions (30% on every item)
2. Personal Sales Bonus (see chart)

Senior Lead Consultant Qualifications (Paid as Title)

1. 500 PRV
2. 3 Active Legs (1 of which must be paid as Advanced Consultant or higher)
3. 3,000 TRV

As an 05 - Senior Lead Consultant, you will receive a 12% Level Bonus on the Commissionable Volume (CV) of your personal recruits (your "level 1").   You will also receive a 6% commission on your level 2 team members.  This rank also unlocks compensation on your level 3 team members.  You will receive a 3% commission on level 3!
