Jamberry Nails Compensation Plan: 04 - Lead Consultant

This career title is eligible to receive the following benefits and bonuses with no additional requirements:

1. Personal Sales Commissions (30% on every item)
2. Personal Sales Bonus (see chart)

Lead Consultant Qualifications (Paid as Title)

1. 400 PRV
2. 2 Active Legs
3. 1,500 TRV

As a 04 - Lead Consultant, you will receive a 10% Level Bonus on the Commissionable Volume (CV) of your personal recruits (your "level 1").   You will also receive a 5% commission on your level 2 team members.
