Here are some ideas and examples of what you can put in a host packet.  Remember that you want to hand out A LOT of these, so keep it simple and easy to duplicate!

Want to GLOW your business in 2018?  Take an inventory of your actions and determine areas that you want to change!

RECRUITING SEEDS

 “Recruiting seeds” are short one-liners that extend an invitation to explore the possibilities of our business opportunity. Sprinkling 3-5 seeds throughout your presentation will create a desire in others to join your team.

When developing recruiting seeds, it is important to remember that everybody joins Jamberry for different reasons. You want to be careful not to have your recruiting seeds be all brand value focused, income-based, etc. because you may miss speaking to someone’s reason for joining.

People usually join for the following reasons: † 

• Brand Values (love of the products) † 
• Recognition and friendship † 
• Income † 
• Flexible schedule

Develop short, fun recruiting seeds that target each of these needs. For example, you could say (select appropriate “seed”):

• “I can’t believe I get paid to party, and having fun with friendly people like you. I just  love Jamberry.”
• “Jamberry has introduced me to some of my best friends.”
• “I have young children at home so I truly enjoy that I can make my own schedule. When I need a day off, I just take one.”
• “I love that Jamberry allows me to make extra income and I get to keep my full-time job. It’s the best of both worlds.”
• “I love meeting people in a fun and relaxed environment; my Jamberry career allows me to do that.”
• “Helping others succeed is what I love to do. That’s why I love being a Jamberry Consultant.”
• “When I heard $99 for the kit, for a few hours of work, I said, ‘Sign me up!’”
• “My family comes first and Jamberry allows me to put them first, because I decide when I want to work.”
• “I don’t know about you, but I love a pat on the back every now and then; and at Jamberry someone is always supporting and encouraging me.”
• “I can’t believe that I have the opportunity to earn an all-expense paid trip, just for doing what I love!”

As you share these “seeds” throughout your party, try to share them naturally and be authentic to who you are; no one is judging you because they don’t know what these should sound like . You don’t need to be perfect — remember, they need to think they can do what you are doing . And we have developed a great tool (which can be purchased from the Jamberry Print Shop) that can help called “Party Cards” . These cards can help with the flow of your party, and where and when to insert these one lines so that it flows naturally for you . This is also a great way to be consistent about offering and planting the seeds on a consistent basis at every single party . One tip… practice your “seeds” in front of the mirror, with friends and family, so that you are used to saying the words . This will help you get over those initial nerves that we all  get when we are trying something new

Right Left Game (and Across!)

To play this game in a party, give a gift to one of your party guests.  Tell them that as you read this story, they will pass the gift to the LEFT, RIGHT or ACROSS as you say each of those words.

Just a few years ago there were 3 sisters that liked to get their nails done! But, they had gotten tired of trying to find the RIGHT time so that nobody was LEFT out of going to the salon ACROSS town. They had to find a babysitter and the kids hated being LEFT behind! I’m going to show you just a few of our 400 or so Jamberry items, and YOU get to choose which ones by answering the now famous question of the evening – ‘Would You Rather’. Get ready to have some laughs with random ‘Would You Rather’ questions I toss in here and there. Don’t be shy to answer – you are among friends here, so just shout out your answer. The only rule is your answer can’t be ‘I don’t know’ or ‘neither!’

To add to the fun, I’m going to throw in a prize that one of you will win tonight! To choose the prize, just answer this:

Have someone who wants to join but they say they can't afford it?

They only have to "float" that money for a few days!!! The website is LIVE as soon as they sign up! They can prep their launch party and sign up that morning, enter the orders and get paid back on FRIDAY.

Seriously... Where there is a will, there is a way!!!

They obviously need some JAMBERRY in their life!  Let's get on a 3-way Strong Start call and make a PLAN!  Once we've made that plan, THEN they buy their kit strategically timed to limit the time the money is out of their bank account.

1. Tell your guests to take out their phones, give them your number, then first one who texts you a selfie and their name gets a prize. Then say "well now you have my number and can reach me anytime!"  Ask them to save you as "Jamberry Lady" (and pose for a NAILFIE - they might not remember your name, but they will remember Jamberry!) Plus you have all the texts from them so you can follow up.

Sometimes our customers just don't take our business seriously. Have you ever picked up the phone to find it's a hostess calling to cancel her show that night, and thought to yourself, "Doesn't she realize this is how I earn my income? I won't be able to replace her party at this point!"

Planting Seeds

When you are running a party, whether it's in home or online, it's important to make sure that you are PLANTING SEEDS for bookings and recruiting!  You want to offer as many different options and ideas as you possibly can, and as nonchalantly as possible.

In online parties, the very best place to use these seeds is in the comments!  This makes them more conversational, and less "pushy" :)
